RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. However, we do accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Bundles must remain in their original packaging with tags intact
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used, installed, or tampered hair
  • Custom or pre-order items
  • Clearance or sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos. We will gladly replace or correct the issue.


Return Process

  1. Email us at support@yourbrand.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of approval


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal value. If there is a price difference, it must be paid before the exchange is processed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
